Admission is strictly leased on availability of seats. Students are admitted in KG, to std. VIII & XI. Admission is granted on the basis of previous record and performance of the candidate in Entrance Test and interview/interaction with the parents.
The child must be in the age group of Three and a half to Four and a half years on the 31st March of the corresponding year. Registration for K.G. Class is done in the months of January and February. Registration carries no guarantee of admission. A self-attested photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the Municipal authorities and three passport size photographs of the child are to be submitted along with the registration form. Children will subsequently be called to the school for an interaction along with their parents. After successful completion of the interaction, the child will be admitted in the school.
The rules for admission to Prep class will be same as those of K.G. Class as given above except that the child seeking admission in Prep Class should be in the age group of Four and a half to five and a half years on the 31st March of the corresponding year.
A written admission test for Prep Class will be held in the middle of February. Prior information regarding the exact time and date of the test will be conveyed to the parents. Children who qualify in the written test will be called for an interaction along with their parents. After successful completion of the interaction, the child will be admitted in the school.
Three passport size photographs, Birth Certificate, Transfer Certificate must be produced while submitting the application forms. Transfer Certificate (T.C) will be issued on written request from the parent or guardian after submitting all dues of the school. One month’s notice will have to be given and without prior notice, one month’s tuition fee can be charged other than the cost Rs. 200/- of the T.C.
Registration forms for Admission to Class XI Science & Commerce streams can be obtained from the school’s Account- Office Counter, during the school office hours from 9 am to 1 pm on production of Marksheet duely attested by the respective school authority.
Registration forms will be issued to only those students who have secured minimum CGPA 8.5 (CBSE) and 80% in aggregate in subjects (Eng., Science, Maths, SSC) in the State or other Boards. Subject combination will be offered by the school based on the performance of the candidates in the marks scored in the Board Exam / Entrance Test, and no more change will be allowed thereafter.
FeeFee may be paid as per the rules + regulations mentioned in the Fee Book / School Diary. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
